Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey that was conducted on August 18, 2014 Guardian Angels Home Care Services, Inc. corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa.Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies & Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on June 19, 2014.
